Jordan told us major music deets, from behind the scenes secrets of his latest music video, to his brand. new. album. We seriously could have chatted with Jordan all day. Here’s what he revealed to us!

Popmania: Do you have any plans for a tour in the future?
JW: Yeah [I leave for tour] in May and then I think another one after that one’s done. So it’s going to be pretty busy the rest of the year. We’ll probably have like three more, or at least something like that.

Popmania: What’s your favorite song to perform live?
JW: I really like playing “Give Me Your Hand.” It’s usually the last song and it’s really energetic and it’s just the most fun to watch everyone else sing.

Popmania: What’s your best on-stage memory?
JW: I’ve fallen a couple of times, that’s fun, I like doing that [laughs]. I don’t know, I think the first time I ever saw a large amount of people singing was probably the coolest thing ever. It really never gets old. It’s just a cool, exciting, exciting thing.

Popmania: Do you have an ultimate music dream?
JW: I really want to play at Madison Square Garden. That’d be really cool. And then I guess as far as awards go, I mean I would like to win something. I don’t really have a specific thing in mind, but any musical award would do, I’d be stoked for whatever.

If you’ve had the chance to see the latest Divergent movie Allegiant, you’ve seen our new favorite person Joseph David-Jones! We can’t get enough of this guy, he’s taking the sci-fi scene by a storm. His character, Hollis wasn’t in the Divergent book series but he’s making waves in the movie! We caught up with the super talented Joseph David-Jones to find out some major Divergent secrets. Popmaniacs — get ready to become totally obsessed with Joseph and The Divergent Series.

We had to find out what it was like for Joseph to see the film for the first time. “Oh man it’s always a surprise because you never know kind of what scenes are going to be kept and what scenes are going to be cut out and everything,” he confessed to us. He also shared he was super excited for fans to see it and to see their reactions. Joseph admitted this was the first time he’s ever been asked for an autograph. We think it’s pretty cool to see Joseph so excited. 

Besides some pretty surreal moments, Joseph made a lot of memories on the set. “I just remember how funny the cast was Octavia Spencer was just like joking around everyday on set. I mean she would just crack us up all the time but just like how down-to-earth and grounded everybody was and I think that was just like the strongest memory,” he shared. How cool is that? We would love to see Joseph’s character Hollis in the next installment of Divergent. 

It wasn’t all fun and games on the Divergent set though. “The scripts for the movie are just constantly changing, so like I wanna say like maybe we had fifteen-twenty drafts of this film, so like the story’s constantly evolving while we’re shooting,” he shared with us. Wow — we can’t believe it! Luckily Joseph had his cool cast mates to keep him sane. It’s cool that the writers wanted to make the film perfect. Which it totally was!

We wish we could write songs like this, but for now we’ll just leave it to these super talented babes.

Major news, Popmaniacs — mega babe Mollee Gray stopped by our office today in sunny Santa Monica for a super fun on-camera interview! The bombshell spilled everything to us, from the Teen Beach Movie secrets we never knew we needed in our lives, to her latest amazing role. We had so much fun hanging out with Moll, we legit could have hung out with her all day. Needless to say, we’re girl crushing hard.

We talked about seriously everything with Mollee. Not only did she tell us amazing BTS stories about her and bestie Maia Mitchell from their days filming TBM, but we also talked about all things festivals. Mollee’s going to Coachella this year and amazingly enough she dished major deets!

Things reached a new level of awesome when Mollee told us all about her *DREAM* Coachella outfit! We can totally imagine this babe in boho-ey florals and lace while adorned with flash tatts and flower crowns. In fact, Mollee looked ready for the festival in our office with her adorable romper and waved hair!

Mollee also spilled to us her festival must haves. M is a hardcore ‘Cheller and camps at the festival rather than renting a house. So her necessities were things like dry shampoo and cases of water! This is beyond necessary in the desert.

We love Chris Brochu — he writes amazing lyrics, has a great voice AND is cool to hang out with. What more could you want?!

ICYMI, Chris just dropped his latest single, “Home,” a few days ago. It’s oh-so catchy and the lyrics are heartfelt. We were dying to know more about the song, and lucky for us Chris was willing to dish out secrets. Check out our exclusive interview with the singer right here.

Popmania: What’s your favorite lyric in “Home?”

CB: I would have to say it is a tie between “I tried solving the universe and I found out that the answer is what you choose to believe” and “we’re loving what we’re creating, what glitters is gold if so perceived” because life, at the end of the day, boils down to your own perspective. You see beauty if you want to. “Home” and “family” is wherever you find it.

Popmania: You explained on Insta that you wrote the song in Big Sur. Do you write best when you’re traveling or on an adventure? And how long did it take you to write the song?

CB: In a sense yes. I think “adventure” is more so a frame of mind. You can go on an adventure outside your own front door if you choose to. For instance, my lady and I go around our neighborhood picking wild flowers when they start blooming. When you go outside and take a moment to look around you and be inspired, inspiration tends to find you. So yes, adventuring does help my writing process but most of all simply being open to inspiration is when it hits me the hardest.

Home took a few months to write. Like I said in my post, the chorus came to me that one evening camping in the back of my truck in Big Sur but then the the first verse came to me a few months later when it simply NEEDED to be expressed. I never try to force my writing because I’m an independent artist and thankfully my deadlines are made by me. I have plenty of completed songs that need to be recorded so I never force one to be completed before it needs to be. But I definitely felt this one needed to be recorded as soon as it was finished.

Popmania: Can fans expect an EP or album soon? Are you working on other songs?

CB: I am working on new songs and I am also thinking of recording an acoustic EP before the end of the year. I am playing a couple big shows in the next few months so I am mostly focused on those at the moment. But yes, like I said in my answer before, I have PLENTY of songs that are completed and ready to be recorded. At this time it’s all about when I have the time and money to record them.

It’s no secret that we’re obsessed with Little Mix. Every time these Brit babes release a song it’s a guaranteed hit. Whether they’re casting Black Magic spells on our eardrums, or are singing a Secret Love Song with one of our fave r&b artists Jason DeRulo, these babes make songs we want to play over and over (and over and over and over) again. This song is an epic breakup anthem. We can always depend on Little Mix to provide us with independent woman inspo, whether it’s in their music or their personal lives (liiiiike how clutch is Perrie’s breakup diet?!) Not only does this new jam make us want to get dudes out of our hair, but we’re also dying to get our hair done! Perrie, Jade, Leigh-Anne and Jesy all have amazing hair. It only makes sense that these babes deal with their breakups by maintaining their amazing locks.

Camila Cabello is basically one of our favorite stars ever, but can you really blame us? Not only is she a super talented singer in her girl group, Fifth Harmony, but she also rocked it as a solo artist when she recently collaborated with Shawn Mendes. Can Camila please put out a solo album while still somehow working with 5H? K thanks, we’d really appreciate it.  On the other hand, the woman has also got some serious moves, which she just got to show off in a major way!

This weekend at a fancy house for Coachella, Camila decided to use her dancing gift to teach her fellow bffs how to dance, which was captured on video — by none other than T. Swift! — and shared to Instagram.

In the first video, we see Camila teaching all of the other ladies, including Martha Hunt, each move, step by step. How sweet and helpful was she!? We are so impressed with patience; teaching others to dance is no easy task! If she weren’t a super successful performer, she’d make the best dance teacher ever!

In the second video, we finally get to see the finished project! How cute are they? The dance is seriously so good! We’ve sure all of the women had great rhythm in the first place, but Camila did an incredible job at making sure everyone stayed in sync. They could totally form their own girl group, Taylor Swift included!

But don’t worry all of you 5H fans, Camila is still totally dedicated to Fifth Harmony. The group has multiple concerts scheduled in the near future, gearing up for their new album, 7/27, being released on, you guessed it, June 27!
